Jake brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and strategic vision to our mission of exclusively investing in field services companies – those enterprises powered by a skilled mobile workforce. His journey in this industry began long before he joined McKinney Capital; it’s a part of his DNA.
Jake spent weekday nights, weekends, and summers during high school and college working alongside his father, who owned and operated landscaping and pressure washing businesses. These early experiences instilled a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field services sector. This firsthand knowledge allows him to connect on a personal level with companies to provide valuable insights from the ground up.
At McKinney Capital, Jake has had the privilege of working on exciting projects, including our investment in Team Enoch. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing their business operations and driving growth. At Team Enoch, Jake automated the customer engagement processes, implemented a robust CRM system, and established key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. These initiatives have been critical in scaling Team Enoch’s customer service representatives and achieving impressive customer conversion rates.
Jake’s passion for the field services industry, combined with his analytical and strategic approach, positions him to continue identifying and nurturing promising investments that share our vision for excellence in field services companies.
